Returns & Refunds

At Martie Frank, every item is printed to order especially for you.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong colour

Please check the sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
